Newspapers
- Which daily newspapers (if any) do you read? I sometimes read the The Sun.
- What sections of newspapers do you turn to first, and why? When I do read the news (which isn't often), I usually start with the international news to stay current on broad information about current events.
- What sections do you never read, and why? I never read sections on Sports and Health because I'm not interested in it.
- What kinds of stories do you usually read and why? I do not read storied unless they are very interesting.
- Do you, or someone else, buy the newspaper you read? I do not read the newspaper therefore I do not by it.
- Do you look at the online versions of any newspapers? Which newspapers? Why do you visit their website and not others? I look at online version as it is easier and convenient.
Magazines
- What magazines (if any) do you buy regularly? Why/why not? I do not buy magazines at all.
- What sections of the magazines do you read and not read, and why? N/A
Television
- Approximately how many hours a week do you spend watching television? I do not watch television often probably 2 hours a week.
- What device do you use to watch television? TV
- What times of day do you usually watch television? I do not have a specific time. I watch the television whenever I'm free.
- What programmes do you like best and why? I watch Netflix and sometimes watch wildlife documentary.
- Do you watch alone or with others? If you watch with others, who decides what you will watch? I mostly watch alone.
- Do you watch 'live' TV or on-demand/catch-up? Do you use any other devices to watch TV (such as laptop or tablet?) I use my laptop to watch TV I don't watch anything on live,
Radio
- Do you listen to the radio? Nope

Film
- What films have you seen in the cinema in the last month? I haven't watched any films in the cinema in the last month.
- What films have you seen in other places – for example, through Netflix, Amazon Prime, satellite/cable film channels (free or otherwise) or streaming? I watch movies through Netflix sometimes.

Online
- How often do you access the internet? Most of the time
- Where do you access the internet? At home, at school, commuting etc. Everywhere
- What are the main sites that you access? Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube
- What are the main reasons for accessing these sites – for example, for information, to make purchases, communicate with friends or for entertainment? To communicate with friends, share posts and shop online
- What other activities (if any) do you do whilst accessing the internet? I listen to music
- What different devices do you use to access the internet? What is your primary device for accessing the internet? I use my laptop, TV and my min device is my phone.
- What social networks do you use regularly (e.g. Twitter, Instagram)? Why do you belong to these networks in particular? I use Instagram and Tiktok. I love to interact with short videos and pictures rather than watching long videos and reading paragraphs.
Reflection
- How can you develop the amount and variety of media you consume? I need to read the newspaper and magazines more often and listen to the radio.
- What will you change in your media consumption habits this year as a result of studying A Level Media? I will try to consume more useful media from apps like Twitter and by watching the News.
